• Swerv charges a setup fee for its lead generation services, refundable if leads are not delivered within two weeks.
• Additional fees may apply for integrations such as Impel AI.
• All payments must be made via the approved methods provided.

6. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse our Services for fraudulent purposes.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute our software.
• Use Swerv for unauthorized data scraping or AI training.

7. Intellectual Property

All Swerv content, including software, trademarks, and logos, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Data Usage and Liability Disclaimer

• Swerv provides customer data strictly for lawful business purposes.
• You agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations when using Swerv data.
• Swerv is not responsible for any misuse, unauthorized distribution, or unlawful activities conducted using the data provided.
